APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
WIMMER-BLATTER BLDG. CO. - TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Thomas Inman,
land surveyor, has been submitted to the Plan Commission for
a two parcel division of the Wimmer Blatter Bldg. Co.
property located on Long Lake Road in the Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS this property is located within the extra-
territorial jurisdiction of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS this property is served by municipal sewer,
and the division has been approved by the Town of Norway.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map
to finalize a two parcel division of the Wimmer-Blatter Bldg.
Co. property located on Long Lake Road in the Town of Norway,
and recommends approval to the Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
receipt of a $25.00 submittal fee.
