APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
ROSCOE EWALT - TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Thomas
Inman, land surveyor, dated March 26, 1981, has been
submitted to the Plan Commission for a two parcel division
of the Roscoe Ewalt property located on East Wind Lake Rd.
in the Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS this property is located within the extra-
territorial jurisdiction of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS this property is served by municipal sewer,
and the division has been approved by the Town of Norway.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey
nap to finalize a two parcel division of the Roscoe Ewalt
property located on East Wind Lake Rd. in the Town of Norway,
and recornends approval to the Comon Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
receipt of a $25.00 submittal fee.
