PCR19820170 0 RESOLUTION SIP. C. 17-82 RECOMMENDING AMENDMENTS TO ZONING ORDINANCE AND LAND DIVISION ORDINANCE WHEREAS in order to update the Zoning Ordinance and Land Division Ordinance to provide clarification in several areas, the Plan Comission has determined that Section 3.03(2) D. Occupancy and Zoning Use Permit, Section 6.07 (11) I. Extrac- tive Operations, Section 8.15 (7) Industrial Park Gistrict, Section 9.04 (7) E. OLS Lake Shore District and Section 9.09(7) OD Duplex District of the Zoning Ordinance, and Section 11.0 Definitions of the Land Division Ordinance should be amended as shown on the attachment. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that Sections 3.03(2)D., 6.07(11)1., 8.15 .(7), 9.04 (7) E. and 9.09(7) of the Zoning Ordinance and Section 11.0 of the Land Division Ordinance be amended as shown on the attachment to this resolution.
