APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
ROBERT F. LINDNER, TOWN OF NORWAY

WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Leo R.
Schuster, land surveyor, dated January 26, 1982, has been
submitted to the Plan Commission for a two parcel division
of the Robert F. Lindner property located at the intersection
of C.T.H. "S" and C.T.H. "G" in the Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS this property is located within the extra-
territorial jurisdiction of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS this property is served by municipal sewer,
and the division has been approved by the Town of Norway.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey
map to finalize a two parcel division of the Robert F.
Lindner property located at the intersection of C.T.H. "S"
and C .T .H. "G" in the Town of Norway, and recommends approval
to the Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject
to the receipt of the $25.00 submittal fee.
