PCR1982012RESOLUTION {IP. c. 12-82 REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSbLTANT REQUEST FOR ZONING CHANGE (RS-2 to RS-2 OD) FLORENCE FAHNING WHEREAS a petition has been submitted by Florence Fahning, W143 S6802 Tess Corners Drive, to rezone her property from RS-2 to RS-2 OD (overlay-duplex) to permit the existing structure to be used as a duplex, and WHEREAS the Common Council has referred this petition to the Plan Commission for review and recommendation, with 60 days additional tine to report its recommendation. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby refer the petition submitted by Florence Fahning to rezone her property at W143 S6802 Tess Corners Drive from RS-2 to RS-2 OD to Planning Consul- tant Mangiamele for review and recommendation.
