RESOLUTION AMEMIING A PROJECT PLAN FOR
TAX INCREXNTAL DISTRICT NUMBER 7
PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF YUSKEGO, NISCONSIN
WHEREAS, Section 66.46 of the Wisconsin Statutes provides the authority
and procedure for creating tax incremental districts; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 66.46, the City of Muskego has created
Tax Incremental District Number 7; and
Muskego has adopted a project plan for Tax Incremental District Number 7; and
IdHEREAS, pursuant to Section 66.46, the Common Council of the City Of
officers of all local government entities having the power to levy taxes on
property within the district, including the school board of any school
district which includes property within the district; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has notified the chief executive
@ Planning Comission wherein interested parties were afforded a reasonable

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has prepared an amended project plan
for Tax Incremental District Number 7, which will:

WHEREAS. the proposed amended project plan, a copy of which is attached
as Exhibit .A, shall not extend the implementation more than five years after
the district was created; and
WHEREAS, the amended project plan has been compared with the city
master plan;
1. Such amended project plan for Tax Incremental District Number 7.
City of iluskego is feasible, and
2. Such amended project plan is in conformity with the master plan of
the City of :.luskeqo.
SE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of
iquskeqo approves such amended project plan for Tax Incremental District
Number i. pllrs~rant to the provisions of Section 66.46, Wisconsin Statutes, and
recommends to the Common Council the adoption of the amended project plan.
