RESOLUTION AMENDING A PROJECT PLAN FOR
TAX INCREMENTAL DISTRICT NUMBER 6
PL.IWING cOmIssIm OF THE CITY OF MUSVEGO, wrscnrrsrN
WHEREAS, Section 66.46 of the Wisconsin Statutes provides the authority
and procedure for creating tax incremental districts; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 66.46. the City of Muskego has created
Tax Increlnental District Number 6; and
LIHEREAS, pursuant to Section 66.46, the Common Council of the City of
Muskego has adopted a project plan for Tax Incremental District Number 6; and
IJHEREAS, the Planning Commission has notified the chief executive
officers of all local government entities having the porrer to levy taxes on
property within the district, including the school board of any school
district which includes property within the district; and
Planning Commission wherein interested parties were afforded a reasonable
LIHEREAS, a public hearing has been properly noticed and held by the
opportunity to express their views on the proposed amended project plan; and
UHEREAS, the Planning Commission has prepared an amended project plan
for Tax Incremental District Number 6. which will:
Update the project plan to reflect actual costs of projects
completed; delete, add and reschedule projects; reduce costs
and add to costs of various projects as outlined in the
amended project plan (copy attached).
LIHEREAS. the proposed amended project plan, a copy of which is attached
as Exhibit A, shall not extend the implementation more than five years after
the district was created; and
I,IHEREAS, the amended project plan has been compared with the city
master plan;
1. Such amended project plan for Tax Incremental Oistrict Number 6.
City of iduskego is feasible, and
2. Such mended project plan is in conformity with the master plan of
the City of Muskego.

RE IT FURTHCD 2ESOLYED that the Planning Commission of the City of
Muskego approves such amended project plan for Tax Incremental District
Number 5, pursuant to the p-ovisions of Section 66.46. 'Yisconsin Statutes, and
recommends to the Common Council the adoption of the aaended project plan.
