RESOLUTION AMENDIf,lG :I PROJECT PLAN FOR
PL'>FINING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCO1ISIN
TAX INC4EMENTAL DISTRICT NUMBER 4
INEREAS, Section 66.46 of the Nisconsin Statutes provides the authority
and procethre for creating tax incremental districts; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 66.46, the City of Muskego has created
Tax Incremental District Number 4; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 66.46, the Common Council of the City of
Muskego has adopted a project plan for Tax Incremental District Number 4; and
WEREAS, the Planning Commission has notified the chief executive
officers of all local government entities having the power to levy taxes on
district which inCllJdeS property within the district; and
property within the district, including the school board of any school

HHEREAS, a public hearing has been properly noticed and held by the
opportunity to express their views on the proposed amended project plan; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has prepared an amended project plan
for Tax Increlnental District Plumber 4. which will:
Update the project plan to reflect actual costs of projects
completed, delete, add and reschedule projects, reduce costs
and add to costs of various projects as outlined in the
amended project plan (copy attached).
UHEREAS, the proposed amended project plan, a copy of which is attached
as Exhibit A, shall not extend the implementation more than five years after
the district was created; and
MHEREAS, the amended project plan has been compared with the city
master plan;
1. Such amendcd project plan for Tax Incremental District Number 4,
City of Vuskego is feasible, and
2. 5uch amended project plan is in conformity with the master plan of
the City of ihskego.

BE IT FURTLIER ?ESOL!’ED thdt the Planning Commission of the City cf
Muskego Jpproves such mended project plan for Tax Incremental District
Number 4, pursuant to the provisions of Section 66.46. Wisconsin Stat~~tes, and
recommends to the Common Council the adoption of the amended project plan.

Common Council by the Planning Commission on February 2, 1982, and
that the same is a full, true and correct transcript thereof insofoar as said
resolution related to approving an amended project plan for Tax Incremental
District Number 4, City of Muskego, Idisconsin.
