PCR1981105RESOLUTION #P. C. 105-81 RECOMMENDATION TO APPROVE/DISAPPROVE LEGAL LOT STATUS CHARLES C. COLBUP? WHEREAS Charles C. Colburn, W175 S7014 Hiawatha Drive has submitted a petition requesting legal status of Lot 3, Block 13, Pluskego Shores Subdivision, and WHEREAS Mr. Colburn's existing home is on the adjoining Lot 4, and WHEREAS this is an RS-3 OED District which requires 11,250 sq. ft. in area and 75' average width, and WHEREAS Lot 4 has 60' average width with 7200 sq. ft. in area and Lot 3 has 60' average width with 12,857 sq. ft. in area, and request and has recornended denial, and WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed this 0 WHEREAS in 1977 the Plan Commission recommended denial of legal status for this lot because previous requests for legal status have been denied in this subdivision to alleviate in- creased density and overcrowding, and WHEREAS on March 22, 1977 the Comon Council's.action to approve the legal lot status was vetoed by the Mayor. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby recorn-end to the Common Council that Block 13, Muskego Shores Subdivision be the request of Charles C.
