RECOMMENDATION FOR RENEWAL OF PERMIT
PORTABLE ASPHALT PLANT
PAYNE & DOLAN OF WISCONSIN
WHEREAS Payne fi Dolan of Wisconsin has submitted a
request for renewal of their permit which expired December 1,
1981, for continued operation of the portable asphalt plant
on Crowbar Road on the State Sand 61 Gravel site at W217 S8415
Crowbar Road, and
WHEREAS this is a permitted accessory use in accordance
with Section 6.07 of the Muskego Zoning Ordinance, and
WHEREAS the $100.00 fee to defray the cost of administration
has been submitted.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recomend to the Common Council
that the permit for continued operation of the portable asphalt
plant on Crowbar Road be renewed for one year.
