APPROVAL OF EXTENSION OF TIME
TEMPORARY SIGN
LAKE MEADOWS
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved an 8' x 16' tem-
porary sign to introduce the Lake Meadows subdivision to
be located on the Caesar property for a nine month period,
with a six month extension granted on June 2, 1981, and
WHEREAS the Zoning Ordinance permits extensions for six
month intervals with Plan Commission approval until such
time as 15% of development has occurred, and
WHEREAS Lake Meadows has not reached 75% development.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve a six month extension
for the 8' x 16' temporary sign located on the Caesar prop-
erty advertising the Lake Meadows subdivision.
