APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR FENCE
D . STACHEWICZ
WHEREAS a request has been received from Don & Bridget
Stachewicz for permission to erect an 8' stockade fence
along the rear lot line of their property abutting Hwy. 24,
with one section 8' in height and one section 7' in height
along the western lot line of their property at W132 S6348
Saroyan Circle, and
WHEREAS Section 4.05(2)D.3. of the Zoning Ordinance states
that such fence in excess of 6' in height may be permitted
closer than the required offset from an adjoining lot line
with the written consent of the adjoining property owner and
by approval of the Plan Cormnission.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Don &
Bridget Stachewicz to permit erection of an 8' stockade fence
along the rear lot line of their property abutting Hwy. 24,
with one section 8' in height and one section 7' in height
along the western lot line of their property at W132 S6348
Saroyan Circle, subject to receipt of the written consent of
the adjoining property owners.
