APPROVAL OF ACCESSORY BUILDING
BEVERLY WHITE
WHEREAS Beverly White, S91 W13851 Boxhorn Drive, has
requested permission to construct a 30' x 30' accessory building
to be used as horse stable, and
WHEREAS the total floor area of all outbuildings com-
bined does not exceed 1% of the lot area, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such accessory building
would have a substantial adverse affect on the property value
or reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this
R-2 District. e THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Beverly
White for a 30' x 30' accessory building at S91 W13851 Boxhorn
Drive to be used as a horse stable.
