APPROVAL OF REVISED SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
MEINERZ PROPERTY
WHEREAS a revised sketch has been submitted by Mr. Ray
Gorecki for a two parcel division of the Miles Meinerz property
at the end of Dorothy Drive in the SW 114 of Section 11.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for a two
parcel division of the Miles Meinerz property at the end of
Dorothy Drive in the SW 114 of Section 11, subject to the
a?proval of the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the understanding that a road shall be constructed to City
standards at the owners expense which would extend Dorothy Dr.
140' south of the present roadway, with a temporary turn-around
acceptable to the Public Works Committee.
extending approximately 1313' easterly from Mystic Drive shall
be provided along the north property line.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a 30' public sewer easement,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission would be
receptive to receipt of a certified survey map to finalize this
division, along with receipt of the $25.00 submittal fee and
$400.00 fee in lieu of park dedication.
