REQUEST FOR ~LEG~L LOT STATUS
CHARLES COLBURN
WHEREAS a petition has been submitted to the Common
Council by Charles C. Colburn for determination of the
status of Lot 3, Block 13, Muskego Shores Subdivision, and
WHEREAS the Council has referred this petition to the
Plan Commission for study and recommendation.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer the petition submitted by
Charles C. Colburn for determination of the status of Lot 3,
Block 13, Muskego Shores Subdivision, to Planning Consultant
Mangiamele for review and recommendation.
