APPROVAL OF REVISED OPERATIONAL PLAN
J & B BUILDING
TESS CORNERS INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the building, site
and operational plans for the J & B Building in the Tess Corners
Industrial Park in Resolution #P. C. 86-81, and further clari-
fied the use of a sanitary sewer dump station for the trailer
repair service planning to lease space in the building in Reso-
lution #P. C. 95-81 (As Amended), and
WHEREAS a request has now been received from E-Z Travel'n
of Wisconsin, Inc., the future tenants of this building, that
in addition to the repair of recreational vehicles, they would
like to rent recreational vehicles and obtain a franchise for
the sale of new and used recreational vehicles, and 0
WHEREAS at the present time they own eight rental units,
and the number of new units required to be floor-planned is
unknown at this time, and
WHEREAS all units would be parked in the southwest corner
of the property as shown on the site plan.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the revised operational plan
for the use of the J & B Building in the Tess Corners Industrial
Park by E-Z Travel'n of Wisconsin, Inc. for the repair, rental
and sale of new and used recreational vehicles
