APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR ADDITION TO
DURHAM MEADOWS PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
revision date of August 26, 1981, for a 7 parcel addition to
the Durham Meadows Planned Unit Development in the SW 114 of
Section 2, to be used for two-family dwellings, and
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted by Ray Gray with a
WHEREAS the necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed this
sketch and has recommended approval subject to the appropriate
disposition of the non-conforming parcel at the time the
existing dwelling is removed from Parcel 1.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch submitted by
Ray Gray for a 7 parcel addition to Durham Meadows in the SW 114
of Section 2 to be known as Durham Meadows Addn. No. 1.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
availability of sewers to this area and to approval of a document
providing appropriate disposition of the non-conforming parcel
at the time the existing dwelling is removed from Parcel 1.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission would be
receptive to receipt of a Preliminary Plat along with the sub-
mittal fee of $32.00.
