CLARIFICATION OF RESOLUTION APPROVING BUILDING, SITE AND
OPERATIONAL PLANS - J & B BUILDING - TESS CORNERS IND. PARK
WHEREAS Resolution #P. C. 86-81 entitled Approval of
Building, Site and Operational Plans was adopted by the Plan
Commission on October 6, 1981, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission wishes to clarify the
approval relating to the use of a sanitary sewer dump station
planned for the property, and
WHEREAS a letter has been filed with the Plan Commission
indicating that the sanitary sewer dump station will be used
only in conjunction with the trailer repair service and will
not be available for public use.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby confirm its approval of the building,
site and operational plans for the J & B Building in the Tess
Corners Industrial Park, subject to the understanding that the
sanitary sewer dump station shall not be available for public use.
