APPROVAL OF ACCESSORY BUILDING
DONALD KRAMER
WHEREAS a request has been submitted by Donald Kramer
to permit construction of a 36' x 24' accessory building
on his property at S97 W13640 Loomis Drive, and
WHEREAS the total floor area of all outbuildings
combined does not exceed 1% of the lot area, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such accessory building
would have a substantial adverse affect on the property
value or reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties
in this Agricultural District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of
Donald Kramer for a 36' x 24' accessory building on his
property at S97 W13640 Loomis Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design
of this accessory building shall be compatible with the
existing building on the lot.
