APPROVAL OF ACCESSORY BUILDING
ROBERT J. JOHNSON
WHEREAS a request has been submitted by Robert J.
Johnson to permit construction of a 54' x 30' pole building
on his property at W126 S9555 North Cape Road, for storage
purposes, and
WHEREAS the floor area of this structure would be
1.08% of the lot area, and
WHEREAS in predominately undeveloped areas the Plan
Commission may permit the outbuildings to exceed 1% of the
lot area, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such structure would
have a substantial adverse affect on the property value or
reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this
R-3 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of
Robert J. Johnson for a 54' x 30' pole building at W126 59555
North Cape Road, subject to the condition that this building
may noe be used for the housing of domestic livestock or
poultry because of its proposed location.
