APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
RAY WALLNER
WHEREAS Ray Wallner has submitted a sketch for a one
parcel division of his property in the NE1/4 of Section 20, and
WHEREAS this property is zoned Agricultural, and this
parcel meets the requirements of this District, and
WHEREAS the comprehensive plan indicates a future parkway
along the creek to the north of th5s property, and
WHEREAS in the opinion of the Planning Consultant, the
road as indicated on the sketch submitted by Mr. Wallner could
serve as the parkway provided it be increased to 80' in width.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for a one parcel
division of the Ray Wallner property in the NE 1/4 of Section 20,
subject to the condition that an 80' road reservation for future
parkway purposes be provided.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that an easement shall be granted
by Mr. Wallner to provide access to this parcel from Racine
Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be
receptive to receipt of a certified survey map to finalize this
division, along with the submittal fee of $25.00 and $200.00 fee
in lieu of park dedication.
