ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL TO MOVE GARAGE INTO CITY
ROBERT GUMIENY
WHEREAS Robert Gumieny, S92 W20372 Henneberry Drive,
has requested permission to move a 22' x 24' garage into
the City to be located at the above address, and
WHEREAS Section 30.07 of the Building Code requires
that architectural approval be obtained from the Plan
Commission, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have
a substantial adverse affect on the property value or
reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this
Agricultural District, and
WHEREAS the total floor area of all outbuildings on this
property would not exceed the 1% permitted.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of
Robert Gumieny to move a 22' x 24' garage into the City to
be located at S92 W20372 Henneberry Drive.
