PCR1981088e RESOLUTION #P. C. 88-81 APPROVAL OF REVISED SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION MEINERZ PROPERTY BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Conunission of the City of Muskego does hereby approve a sketch for a two parcel division of the Miles Meinerz property at the end of Dorothy Drive in the SW 114 of Section 11 submitted by Ray Gorecki. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Conunission would be receptive to receipt of a certified survey map to finalize this division, along with receipt of the $25.00 submittal fee and $400.00 fee in lieu of park dedication. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the condition that a 30' sanitary sewer easement be provided from Mystic Drive easterly approximately 1313' along the north property line. 0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the understanding that a road shall be constructed to City standards at the owners expense which would extend Dorothy Drive 140' south of the present roadway, with a temporary turn-around acceptable to the Public Works Committee. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the understanding that at the time any additional lots are created, Dorothy Drive shall be extended at the owners expense an additional 13L'+ to intersect with the proposed right-of-way as shown on the sketch along the south property line. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a 60' road reservation extending approximately 1313' easterly from Mystic Drive be provided along the south property line.
