APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
ART WIESELMANN
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Thomas Inman,
land surveyor, dated September 30, 1981, has been submitted
to finalize a one parcel division of the Arthur and Mayme
Wieselmann property on Loomis Drive in the NW 114 of Section 35,
and
WHEREAS this area is zoned Agricultural which requires
lots of 120,000 sq. ft. with a minimum average width of 300'
and this lot meets those requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map
to finalize a one parcel division of the Arthur and Mayme
Wieselmann property on Loomis Drive in the NW 114 of Section 35,
and recommends approval to the Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER' RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of the City Engineer.
