APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS
J & B BUILDINGS TESS CORNERS INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS plans have been submitted by Lehrmann Moesch
Construction, Inc. for a 60' x 100' industrial building
for J & B Buildings, to be located at W144 S6333 College
Court, Tess Corners Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS the proposed structure is a brown and white
metal building.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve the building, site
and operational plans for the J & B Building at W144 W6333
College Court in the Tess Corners Industrial Park, to be
used for industrial purposes.
