C. 84-81 RECOEDENDATION TO APPROVE LEGAL LOT STATUS CAROL COUILLARD MUSKEGO SHORES SUBDIVISION WHEREAS Carol Couillard, S70 W17702 Muskego Drive, has petitioned for legal lot status of Lot 3, Block 10, Muskego Shores Subdivision, and WHEREAS this is an RS-3 OED District which requires lots with 11,250 sq. ft. in area and 75' average width, and WHEREAS this lot is 6,587 sq. ft. in area with an average width of 65', and WHEREAS there is an existing dwelling on this property. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that legal lot status be granted to Lot 3, Block 10, Muskego Shores Subdivision because there is an existing dwelling on this property and therefore the density in the area would not be increased.
