APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
ORRIN, GEORGE AND VERNA DELIKAT, TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by John F. Degen,
land surveyor, dated August 24, 1981, has been submitted to
the Plan Comission for a one parcel division of the Orrin,
George and Verna Delikat property on Long Lake Rd. in the Town
of Norway (16., 793 sq. ft. parcel), and
WHEREAS this property is located within the extra-
territorial jurisdiction of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS this property is served by municipal sewer, and
the division has been approved by Racine County and the Town of
Norway.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map
to finalize a one parcel division of the Orrin, George and Verna
Delikat property on Long Lake Rd. in the Town of Norway, and
recommends approval to the Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
receipt of the $25.00 submittal fee.
