RECLASSIFICATION OF NON-CONFORNING USE TO CONDITIONAL USE
AND EXPANSION OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT
NORTHWEST ALUMINUM & BRASS FOUNDRY
WHEREAS plans have been submitted by Ed Dumke for expansion
of a conditional use to permit the construction of an addition
not to exceed 3,COO sq. ft. to the existing Northwest Aluminum 61
Brass Foundry Located at W127 S9062 Korth Cape Road, and
WHEREAS in 1972 an expansion of the conditional use grant
was approved, and later designated as a legal non-conforming use, and
WEREAS Section 4.06 (3) states that a legal non-conforming
use may be reclassified as a conditional use.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the 0 City of Muskego does hereby reclassify the non-conforming use
and grants conditional use status to Northwest Aluminum & Brass
Foundry
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that expansion of the conditional use
is granted to permit construction of an addition not to exceed
3,000 sq ft to the existing Northwest Aluminum & Brass Foundry
at W127 S9062 North Cape Road
