APPROVAL OF SIGN REQUEST
CHAMBERS DENTAL GROUP, LTD
WHEREAS a request has been received from Dr. Robert
Chambers for a 4' x 6' freestanding, personal identification
sign for the Chambers Dental Group, Ltd. at 576 W17619
Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS this sign meets the Guidelines for Sign Approval
and the Zoning Ordinance requirements for freestanding signs.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the 4' x 6' freestanding,
personal identification sign for the Chambers Dental Group, Ltd.
at S76 W17619 Janesville Road, to be located at the base setback
1 ine .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the removal of the existing freestanding sign on the property.
