APPROVAL OF EXTENSION OF TIME
TEMPORARY SIGN
LAKE MEADOWS
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved an 8' x 16' tem-
porary sign to introduce Lake Meadows Subdivision on
July 17, 1979, with a one year extension granted on
August 5, 1980, and
WHEREAS the Zoning Ordinance permits further extensions
for six month intervals with Plan Commission approval until
such time as 75% of development has occurred, and
WHEREAS Lake Meadows has not reached 75% development, and
WHEREAS the sign remains in satisfactory condition.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Nuskego does hereby approve an extension of six
months for the 8' x 16' temporary sign to introduce Lake
Meadows subdivision, which is located at the intersection of
Kelsey Drive and Victoria Drive.
