ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
MAYNARD LEPAK
WHEREAS Maynard Lepak, W174 S7209 Grove Street, has
requested permission to construct a 24' x 24', unattached,
second garage structure on his property, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have
a substantial adverse affect on the property value or reason-
able enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-2
District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
(Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request
of Maynard Lepak for a 24' x 24', unattached, second garage
structure at W174 S7209 Grove Street.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with this residential
neighborhood.
