APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
KOSOBUCKI BROS.
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted by Roy and Mark
Kosobucki for a one parcel division of their property on
Mystic Drive in the NW 114 of Section 14, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission previously approveld a two
parcel division of the Kosobucki property in December, 1980, and
WHERFAS the proposed division would create a total of four
parcels which meet the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance and
Land Division Ordinance.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of the Kosobucki
Bros. for a one parcel division of their property on Mystic Drive
in the NW 1/4 of Section 14.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Comission would be
receptive to receipt of a certified survey map to finalize this
division, along with a $25.00 submittal fee, and $200.00 fee in
lieu of park dedication.
