COOPERATION WITH COUNTY AND STATE AGENCIES
FARMLAND PRESERVATION
WHEREAS the Plan Commission is in receipt of an
application to Waukesha County to participate in a
Farmland Preservation Agreement, and
WHEREAS an agreement can be entered into prior to
October 1, 1982 without a certified agricultural
preservation plan in effect, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego
would be receptive to enter into a Farmland Preservation
Agreement with Waukesha County for a certified agricultural
preservation plan,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
of the City of Muskego declare its intent to cooperate
with other county and state agencies in a Farmland
Preservation Agreement if enough interest is shown by
property owners in the City of Muskego.
