APPROVAL OF PROPOSED ENVIRONMENTAL CORRIDORS
AND SEWER SERVICES AREAS
WHEREAS Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Planning
Commission is now a State approving agency for the
extension of sewer mains under the 208 Plan, and
WHEREAS they must submit approvals to the Department
of Natural Resources for the extension of sewer mains in
the southeast region of the State of Wisconsin, and
WHEREAS the City Plan Commission has cooperated
with SEWRPC in delineating the environmental corridors
and sewer service area for the City of Muskego to the
year 2000, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission has reviewed the pre-
liminary plan and is in agreement with said plan, and
WHEREAS it is necessary that public hearings be
held involving SEWRPC, Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewage
Commission and the DNR,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the most recent
revised environmental corridor and sewer service maps
as submitted by Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Planning
Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the public hearing will be
scheduled following the completion of the necessary maps
to be drafted by SEWRPC.
