C 70-81 ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE JAMES RZNDLER IJHEREAS James Kindler, S82 Id13148 Acker Drive, has requested permission to construct a 24' x 30', unattached second garage structure on his property for storage purposes, and WHEREAS, it does not appear that such garage would have a substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this R-2 District.
