ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE
JAMES RZNDLER
IJHEREAS James Kindler, S82 Id13148 Acker Drive, has
requested permission to construct a 24' x 30', unattached
second garage structure on his property for storage purposes,
and
WHEREAS, it does not appear that such garage would have
a substantial adverse affect on the property value or
reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this
R-2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
(Architectural Control Board) of the City of Muskego does
hereby approve the request of James Kindler for a 24' x 30'
unattached, second garage structure for storage purposes
at S82 W13148 Acker Drive
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design of
this second garage shall be compatible with this residential
neighborhood
