DENIAL OF REQUEST OF TOM FERGUSON FOR VACATION

WHEREAS a request has been received from Tom Ferguson
for the vacation of a 60' road reservation on Hillendale
Drive in the NE 1/4 of Section 5, and
WHEREAS the request has been submitted to Planning
Consultant J. F. Mangiamele for review and recommendation
and he has recommended denial, and
WHEREAS the changes in road reservation and exsiting
road layouts without alternative means for gaining access
and proper traffic circulation are not in the best interest
for the development of the area, and
WHEREAS other adjacent properties would be involved
with the access,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny the request of Tom Ferguson
to vacate a 60' road reservation on Hillendale Drive in the
NE 114 of Section 5
