DENIAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
KOSOBUCKI BROS.
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted by Roy and Mark
Kosobucki for a two-parcel division on property owned by
them on Mystic Drive in the NW 114 of Section 14, and
WHEREAS the remnant of property remaining, after
the two-parcel division, would be less than one and one-
half acres in size, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission previously granted
Kosobucki Bros. a two-parcel division in December, 1980,
e and
WHEREAS the proposed division would create a five-
parcel division in within a five year period which is not in
accordance with the Land Division Ordinance of the city.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
of the City of Muskego does hereby deny the request of
Kosobucki Bros. for a two-parcel division on property
owned by them on Mystic Drive in the NW 1/4 of Section 14.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission would be
receptive to a one-parcel division if it met all requirements
of the city's zoning ordinances and land division ordinances.
