ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF BOATHOUSE
ALLEN COZINGTON
WHEREAS Allen Cozington has submitted a request to construct
a 28' x 32' boathouse on his property at W166 S8374 Kurtze Ln, and
WHEREAS this boathouse exceeds 120 sq. ft. in area, and
WHEREAS the Zoning Ordinance permits boathouses in a resi-
dential district, and
WHEREAS the OLS District permits, under special regulations,
such boathouse may be located no closer than 5' to the water's
edge and no more than 10' in height.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby architecturally approve the request
of Allen Cozington for a 28' x 32' boathouse at W166 S8374 Kurtze
Lane to be constructed in accordance,swith the zoning ordinance
pertaining to offsets and setbacks and the special provisions in
the OLS District.
