ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF ADDITION TO
OUTBUILDISG (STABLE)
STEVE BUSALACCHI
WHEREAS a request has been submitted by Steve Busalacchi
for permission to construct a 20' x 22' addition to an existing
20' x 22' outbuilding used as a stable on his property at
S86 W13168 Priegel Drive, and
WHEREAS this structure exceeds 240 sq. ft. requiring Plan
Commission approval, and
WHEREAS with thJs addition the total area of all outbuildings
would not exceed 1%, and
WHEREAS this area is predominately undeveloped and no
development is foreseen in the near future, and
WHEREAS the owner has contiguous lots totaling 4.29 acres.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby architecturally approve the 20' x 22'
addition to the existing 20' x 22' outbuilding used as a stable
at S86 W13168 Priegel Drive.
