- RECOMMENDATION TO SCHEDULE PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER
ADDITION TO DURHAM MEADOWS PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted by Ray Gray for a
7 parcel addition to the Durham Meadows Planned Unit Develop-
ment in the SW 114 of Section 2, and
WHEREAS in accordance with Section 6.02 (6) C. of the
Muskego Zoning Ordinance, the Plan Commission has determined
that such addition constitutes a substantial alteration of
the original plan.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
0 City of Muskego does hereby recommend that the Comon Council
hold a public hearing to consider the request of Ray Gray for
a 7 parcel addition to the Durham Meadows Planned Unit Develop-
ment.
