APPROVAL OF EXTENSION OF TIME
MARLAN MEADOWS TEMPORARY SIGN
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved an 8' x 8' tem-
porary sign to introduce the Marlan Meadows subdivision on
September 19, 1978, with a one year extension granted on
October 16, 1979 and and six month extension granted on
December 12, 1980, and
WHEREAS the Zoning Ordinance permits further extensions
for six month intervals with Plan Comnission approval until
e such time as 75% of development has occurred, and
WHEREAS Marlan Meadows has not reached 75% development, and
WHEREAS the sign remains in satisfactory condition.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comnission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve an extension of six months
for the 8' x 8' temporary sign tofneoduce the Marlan Meadows
subdivision, which is located between Lots 1 and 2 on Martin
Drive .
