APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS
JAMES KOWALKOWSKI
WHEREAS James Kowalkowski has requested approval of
building, site and operational plans to permit a change of
use for the old post office building at W173 S7600 Westwood
Dr. , and
WHEREAS it is proposed to use the building as a warehouse
for plumbing business and retail sales of plumbing supplies,
and
WHEREAS this use is permitted in this B-3 District with
approval of the Plan Commission.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the building, site and
operational plans submitted by James Kowalkowski for the
change of use for the building at W173 S7600 Westwood Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject
to the understanding there would be no outside storage.
