SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE
EXPANSION OF CONDITIONAL USE
NORTHWEST ALUMINUM

WHEREAS a petition has been submitted by Ed Dde to
official reclassify the non-conforming status of Northwest
Aluminum at W127 S9062 North Cape Road to a conditional use
status, and to permit expansion of the conditional use for
an addition to the existing building.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby set a public hearing for
Tuesday, July 7, 1981, at 7 45 P.M. to consider the petition
submitted by Ed Dumke for official reclassification of the
non-conforming status of Northwest Aluminum to a conditional
use status, and expansion of the conditional use grant.
