APPROVAL OF REVISED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLAN
TOM H. LUDWIG
WHEREAS a request has been submitted by Tom H. Ludwig
for permission to construct a 30' x 30' addition to his
woodworking cabinet shop at S106 W16440 Muskego Dam Rd.,
under Conditional Use Grant #79, and
WHEREAS this addition would be used for storage purposes,
and
WHEPSAS this addition would not constitute a substantial
alteration to the approved plans.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the revised building,
site and operational plan submitted by Tom H. Ludwig for a
30' x 30' addition to the woodworking cabinet shop at S106
W16440 Muskego Dam Rd., under Conditional Use Grant $179.
