RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS
MARIANNA BRUCH
WHEREAS a petition for legal lot status of the Marianna
Bruch lot on North Shore Drive in the NW 114 of Section 32
with Tax Key No. 2286.977, has been submitted to the Common
Council, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission must make a recommendation to
the Common Council, and
WHEREAS this lot is 60' in width and 11,711 sq. ft. in
area, and
WHEREAS the zoning requirements are 73.3' average width
and 13,333 sq. ft. in area, and
WHEREAS there is an existing dwelling on both this lot
and the adjoining lot.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
that legal lot status be granted for Marianna Bruch's lot on
North Shore Drive with tax key no. 2286.977, because there
are existing dwellings on both lots.
