APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
HOWARD SCHWABENLENDER
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted for a one parcel
division of the Schwabenlender property at the east end of
Hedgewood Drive in the SW 114 of Section 3, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-2 District and the proposed lot
meets the requirements of this district, and
WHEREAS a sketch had previously been approved for a four
parcel division on September 5, 1978, and
WHEREAS sewer mains cannot be extended at this time, and
WHEREAS the owner proposes to dedicate a half street (30')
to the north of this division.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for a one parcel
division of the Schwabenlender property at the end of Hedgewood
Drive in the SW 114 of Section 3, subject to the dedication of
a 30' half street to the north of this division.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be
receptive to a certified survey map to finalize this division
along with a submittal fee of $25.00 and $200.00 fee in lieu
of park dedication.
