RECOMMENDATION TO RENEW EXTRACTIVE PERMIT
STATE SAND & GRAVELIPAYNE & DOLAN
WHEREAS the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has
received a petition for renewal of Conditional Use Grant #37
held by State Sand & Gravel and Payne & Dolan of Wisconsin
for an extractive permit which expires July 2, 1981, and
WHEREAS the necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS a restoration bond in the amount of $100,000 is
on file in the City Clerk's office.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
renewal of Conditional Use Grant #37 held by State Sand & Gravel
and Payne & Dolan of Wisconsin for an extractive permit for the
period from July 2, 1981 to July 2, 1982.
