APPROVAL OF PROPOSED LOCATION OF
KURTZE LANE
WHEREAS the City plans to make Kurtze Lane in the
NE 114 of Section 15 a public right-of-way, and
WHEREAS this would lessen congestion, secure safety
from fire and promote the health and general welfare for
that area, and
WHEREAS the proposed location would be in conformance
with the comprehensive plan and would provide favorable
access for future development.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of PIuskego does hereby approve the proposed loca-
tion of Kurtze Lane
