APPROVAL OF REVISED BUILDING, SITE, OPERATIONAL PLANS
ADDITION TO GUMINEY BEER DISTRIBUTORS
NUSKEGO BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS plans have been submitted for an 80' x 142.67'
addition to the existing Guminey Beer Distributors warehouse
at S81 W18475 Gemini Drive in the Muskego Business/Industrial
Park.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve plans for an 80' x
142.67' addition to the Guminey warehouse at 581 W18475
Gemini Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the acquisition of an additional 15' to the south of the
property in order to conform with the offset requirements in
the Muskego Business/Industrial Park.
