APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
DON DIXON
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Thomas D.
Inman, land surveyor, dated May 18, 1981, has been submitted
to finalize a one parcel division of the Donald Dixon
property on Racine Avenue in the SW 114 of Section 32, and
WHEREAS the sketch for this division was approved by
the Plan Commission in Resolution #P. C. 39-81, adopted
May 5, 1981, and the conditions listed therein have been met.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map
to finalize a one parcel division of the Donald Dixon property
on Racine Avenue in the SW 114 of Section 32, and recommends
approval to the Comnon Council.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of the City Engineer.
